Location is convenient to I-25 and near the airport. Felt adequately safe by Albuquerque standards. All the staff were efficient, pleasant, and responsive. The room was spacious and nicely appointed. Towels and sheets were very clean and plentiful. My room had a fantastic view of downtown, and the beautiful sunsets of New Mexico; request a room on the west side of the hotel. The coffee was always available. At breakfast, fresh milk and half&half was available as well as butter and cream cheese for toast and bagels. Good selection of breads.

The whole entire hotel was nicely decorated every floor had lights going around the top of the hallway the lobby was just completely magical the way that it was decorated it made me feel very comfortable welcomed and warming to be there. All of the staff was so nice always greeting me going in or out or just as I was eating breakfast asking me how everything was like it was great I don’t think I could top this experience because I haven’t had one like this maybe not ever

My husband and I were there before an operation he had, and I stayed a couple of additional nights while he was recovering The staff were very accommodating as I was dealing with uncertainties about when he would be released, and were always very kind and professional. The hotel was very conveniently located, close to the hospital where my husband was and to the airport where we picked up my sisters who came in to be with me during the surgery.

The location is very close to the airport and their shuttles are offered free of charge and accommodates your arrival and departure times. Rooms are clean and spacious and honestly better than higher end hotels. You get your own couch, microwave, coffee maker and mini fridge. At breakfast, you can make your own waffles! There’s scrambled eggs, bacon, cereal, yogurt, etc.

The young woman checking in guests was alone during a very busy evening, and she did an excellent job efficiently and professionally. The King bed room was very comfortable and spacious. The shower water pressure was very strong, which my husband liked, though it was much too strong for me. Overall a very pleasant stay.
